Who we are

Finservice Bank is the first in-store bank in Russia. Launched under the Finservice brand back in May of 2006, Finservice is now one of the most dynamically developing financial institutions specializing on the retail banking in Russia. Our Bank combines a thorough knowledge of the specific characteristics of the Russian market with the highest international operational and marketing standards.

Stability and reliability

Finservice Bank is a joint venture between one of the leading Russian supermarket chain Seventh Continent and one of the top-30 Russian banks Sobinbank. With that the Seventh Continent provides the possibility for Finservice to work directly with the supermarket’s customers, while Sobinbank provides banking know-how.

Within four months upon launch Finservice managed to erect an impressive net of offices in eventually all the Seventh Continent locations and now operates more than 100 of them, covering all of Moscow, the Moscow region, Kaliningrad and Ryazan our offices. The Finservice offices are located inside the Seventh Continent supermarkets, the Nash hypermarkets and Okhothyy Ryad shopping centre located in the heart of Moscow under the Manez square. Starting early 2007 the banks started erecting offices outside the Seventh Continent chain, providing for a wider reach for potential clients.

Each office provides a wide range of banking services from accepting loan applications to the issuing of Finservice  banking cards.

Finservice Bank operates a net of 130 round-the-clock sophisticated ATMs where a client can make cash withdrawals, services payments and cash-ins.

Finservice Bank inherits. The bank is issued all the necessary licenses by the Russian Central Bank and is a member of the system of Household Deposits in Banks of the Russian Federation.

Simplicity and comfort

The 500-strong team of Finservice Bank is constantly trained to ensure the high quality of client service. Finservice Bank developed simple and transparent schemes for all its products and services in order to ensure a wider client reach.

The branding, product management, IT development and business planning was done with assistance from the leading EU-based related field experts. This ensures that the highest international standards of operations are implemented in Finservice Bank.

The client approaches that Finservice Bank advocates resulted in a rapid development of the bank’s client base that as of May, 2007, accounted to 200,000.

Development plans

Pioneering in in-store banking in Russia, the Finservice Bank sets ambitious goals of reaching the 0.5 mln client base level by early 2008 and is continuing to carry out its development plan that foresees, although not being limited to:

• introduction and development of online banking
• introduction of user-friendly credit cards
• launching mortgage loans
• introduction of loyalty partnerships with the leading Russian retailers
• spreading the bank’s network further on in Moscow outside the Seventh Continent network
• launching a wide net of offices in the regions of the Russian Federation
