Who we are

Finservice Bank is the first in-store bank in Russia. Launched under the Finservice brand in May, 2006 Finservice Bank is now one of the most dynamically developing financial institutions specializing in the retail banking in Russia. Our Bank combines a thorough knowledge of the specific characteristics of the Russian market with the highest international operational and marketing standards.

Stability and reliability

Finservice Bank is a joint venture between one of the leading Russian supermarket chains the Seventh Continent and one of the top-30 Russian banks Sobinbank. With that the Seventh Continent offers an opportunity to Finservice to work directly with the supermarket’s customers, while Sobinbank provides modern banking know-how.

Within four months upon launch Finservice managed to branch out an impressive net of offices practically in all Seventh Continent stores. Now there are more than 120 of them all over Moscow, the Moscow region, the cities of Kaliningrad and Ryazan. Finservice offices are located inside Seventh Continent supermarkets, the Nash hypermarkets and the Okhothyy Ryad shopping centre situated in the heart of Moscow under the Manez square. From the beginning of 2007 the bank started launching offices outside the Seventh Continent chain, expanding access to potential clients.

Each office provides a wide range of banking services from accepting loan applications to issuing the Finservice banking cards.

Finservice Bank operates a net of over 150 twenty-four-hour sophisticated ATMs where a client can make cash withdrawals, services payments and cash-ins.

The bank has all the necessary licenses issued by the Russian Central Bank and is a member of the system of Household Deposits in Banks of the Russian Federation.

Simplicity and comfort

The 800-member staff of Finservice Bank is constantly trained to ensure high quality of client service. Finservice Bank developed simple and transparent schemes for all its products and services in order to ensure access to a larger number of clients.

The branding, product management, IT development and business planning were established with assistance of  the leading EU-based related field experts. This ensures that the  highest international standards of operations are implemented in Finservice Bank.

The client-oriented approaches that Finservice Bank advocates resulted in a rapid development of the bank’s client base that by October, 2007, numbers more than 220,000.

Pioneering in in-store banking in Russia, Finservice Bank sets ambitious goal to reach 0.5mln client base level by late 2008 and is continuing to carry out its development plan that presupposes following aspects, although not being limited to them:
