Finservice Bank provides its services through so-called mini-offices, situated almost in all shops of the Seventh Continent chain in Moscow, Kaliningrad and Ryazan. Around 500 employees of Finservice issue debit cards and accept loan applications in these offices, while the cash operations are carried out by the clients through sophisticated ATMs, allowing cash-ins and online payments of selected services.

 

Banking card

Finservice Bank is issuing banking cards co-branded with the Seventh Continent retail chain (Visa Unembossed).

  • The cards are issued free of charge
  • Period of validity 3 years
  • Debit card is free of annual service fees
  • VISA Unembossed and MasterCard Unembossed
  • The card being used as the mean of payment provides 5% discount on all purchases made in the Seventh Continent stores
  • No commission is charged on withdrawals through Finservice ATMs
  • No commission is charged on money transfers between Finservice and Sobinbank cards through Finservice ATMs
  • Grace-period is up to 50 days for credit card
  • 25%, 27% annual interest rate on credit cards
  • Credit limit is up to 150000 rubles (may change due to the bank or client enterprise)
  • Minimum obligatory  payment – 10% from the utilized credit limit

Deposits

Finservice Bank allows clients to open deposit accounts and place money on deposits in rubles independently through the ATMs without using assistance of the bank’s personnel.

ATMs

Finservice Bank operates a wide net of sophisticated ATMs, allowing cash-out, cash-ins and payments for services like mobile phones, ISPs, cable TV services, etc. Credit cards of other banks are accepted.

Internet bank

The FIN-online internet bank provides twenty-four-hour access to client’s accounts and allows a wide range of operations such as payments for mobile phones, ISPs, utility charges, etc. Being developed according to the modern standards of usability and security, the internet bank serves audience of around 10 percent of the clients of Finservice Bank.
