The authorized capital of bank and its structure
The authorized capital of «Bank Finservice, LTD» is made of a par value of shares of participants of the Bank and is equal 1 000 000 000 (One billion) roubles.
Shares in the Authorized capital of Bank are distributed between participants as follows: 
| - The Seventh Continent, OJSC - 510 000 000 (five hundred ten millions) roubles that makes 51 % of authorized capital
- The Sobinbank, OJSB - 490 000 000 (four hundred ninety millions) roubles that makes 49 % of the authorized capital

 JSC «The Seventh Continent» founded in 1994 is an international retail chain and is listed on the Russian stock exchanges since 2004.
The The Seventh Continent operates in the Moscow and Moscow region (110 stores), Kaliningrad region (11 stores), St-Petersburg (1 store) and Minsk, Belorussia (1 store), Ryazan (1 store). Today JSC «The Seventh Continent» is one of the largest national retail chains in the supermarket segment in Moscow and Central Region of Russia. It has 124 stores: 118 supermarkets («The Seventh Continent - «5 Stars», «The Seventh Continent - «Universam»,) and 6 hypermarkets, including 4 hypermarkets under the brand «Nash hypermarket» and one hypermarket «ProStore» in Minsk, Belorussia.
In the nearest future new stores will be opened in Chelyabinsk, Kaliningrad, Reutov, Krasnoyarsk and Ufa.

General information about the Sobinbank
